In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? The primary care provider (PCP) is they lynchpin in any person's health care system. The PCP is the quarterback and should coordinate between all the different specialists that are involved in the patient's care. It is the job of the PCP to look out for the patient and ensure that all the disparate pieces come together for benefit of the patient. Additionally, education is a critical component of caring for a patient. The patient is better able to contend with the daily nuances of a particular disease process, if they understand that their symptoms are in fact a normal part of the disease. Understanding helps both the physical and psychological aspects of a sickness, injury or chronic illness. Often, addressing the psychological needs will help alleviate or even eliminate the physical symptoms. What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I started as a firefighter/EMT at the age of 16 in suburban Philadelphia. As I grew and developed (EMT, Combat Medic, paramedic, phlebotomist, epidemiologist, physician assistant) I noticed how many of my colleagues were disinterested or irritated by their patients. I always felt that every patient should be treated as I would want my grandmother treated, with honesty and respect. I became passionate about advocating for the patient. I strive to make the patient better, even if better just means that they leave the appointment with an iota more understanding of the disease process than when they came into the meeting. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am an avid scuba diver. I have been diving in 17 US states and 11 different countries. I dive both professionally and recreationally. I visit Mexico on a regular basis, having been to Cozumel 28 times in the last 8 years. I am a US Army veteran and a firefighter/rescue diver with over 22 years of experience.

The service is legitimate, much easier and less time wasted for medical help. I love how i can just have labs ordered on my own time, and how i don’t have to make an entire day out of seeing a doctor.

Curt

Easy to get appointments, provider is kind, very helpful and is committed to helping me. Circle Medical was there when my doctors ignored me for YEARS.

Gaige

My provider is great and I feel like she really cares about my well-being as a person. She listens to any concerns I have and takes me seriously.

Priscilla

Locally, I’ve been on a waiting list for seeking an ADHD diagnosis for several months. But then I found this app, and within a few days, it’s done! I finally have that peace of mind and can move forward with a treatment plan. Thank you.

Braeden

Very easy to use and great providers. Mine is very personable and helpful.

Jack

Has always been super helpful! The video conferencing capability is wonderful. I've actually gotten help with eczema and the provider was able to confirm and treat without a problem.

Jamya

It's a simple app with a great explanation of the process, my provider was amazing, customer support is fast and spot on with the chat feature, and the UI/UX is top notch.

Faro

I needed a script for a CPAP machine and don’t have a lot of vacation/PTO time right now so telehealth really fits my situation. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience!

Julia

The app makes everything really easy and both providers I've seen so far have been wonderful. I couldn't find any doctors in my area that weren't insanely expensive so this app has been a lifesaver!

Laurie

Very easy to schedule appointments, communication and doctors notes are the best I’ve ever experienced. My provider is very easy to talk to and always reminds me he’s just a message away in case I ever need him.

Joshua

I felt heard. I felt educated by the provider. There’s so much stigma and such a shortage of psychiatrists. I felt alone and judged, but Circle was different.

Princess

It’s nice to have flexibility. The provider was very good and I felt like I was getting excellent care and didn’t need to stress out about taking time off work to get it.

Kael

The providers are very caring and patient people. I appreciate their warm welcome and how they really care about the people they are helping.

Gabrielle

Very easy to communicate with everyone through the app and fast responses from them as well.

Trig

Ease of use, flexibility with schedule, and the provider was informative on the medical issue while delivering care with a nonbiased approach.

Christopher

My provider! I have felt heard, believed and taken care of by her. I am so happy to telehealth and having access to a wonderful provider through Circle Medical.

Mithra

My provider is great, easy to talk to, and addressed my concerns, tried a different approach to medication and it’s the first time ever it’s really worked for me.

Kris

I love my provider. He is very thorough and is easy to get ahold of.

Kyle

My provider is really knowledgeable about her job and is very compassionate. My interactions with the other staff has been great too!

Travis

Circle Medicine has been a godsend for me because in my rural area there are not enough primary care physicians. I've had 5 PCPs in 4 years because they keep leaving. When I couldn't get a timely appointment with a new PCP, Circle Medical helped me, with care and concern. I highly recommend Circle Medical. I'm getting better care and health conversation with my provider than I did in person!

Dalia

I like the simplicity and consistency of interaction with the app; scheduling appointments and chatting without the nonsense back and forth missed phone calls and voicemails is a tremendous relief.

Clarissa

Very easy to schedule and wonderful provider who listens to my concerns.

Greg

More thorough than any in-person doctor visit I've ever been to.

Nicole

Circle Medical’s process was easy and intuitive made even better by a professional and kind provider. As a practice manager myself, your platform impressed me!!!! My provider’s “bedside manner” is warm and while I have insurance and could have gone elsewhere, I still chose Circle Medical.

Nolan

I’ve had an amazing experience. I liked how I was able to read up on the providers to find the right fit for me. The provider I chose is absolutely the right fit and has worked with me to find the correct dosage of medication.

Roberto

My primary care provider is so nice and helpful. The system is very easy user friendly, and the prices are reasonable compared to many other companies.

Cadence

My provider is absolutely amazing. Very compassionate, listens, provides feedback, and takes her time. I feel very comfortable and confident with my care.

Arielle

Wonderful care providers, lots of appointments available at convenient times, great technology to make it all work seamlessly.

Christian

The process to schedule was easy, appointments were available quickly, and the practitioner was thorough, friendly, professional, and compassionate.

Xiomara

I was listened to, given advice and got a chance to say what worked for me in the past. We then went through some questions and got me the meds I needed.

Rylan

I can get appointments anytime I need them from the comfort of my home and my prescriptions are always filled really quick.

Valentina

I found the best provider I've ever had. She cares, she listens, and she's knowledgeable. I can schedule easily and don't need to commute to an office for an appointment.

Bianca

The ease and quick turnaround for an appointment is addressing a dire strain on the current infrastructure of healthcare (one of which they refuse to address). My provider was also unlike any healthcare provider that I’ve met. She was nonjudgmental, kind, and not only advocated for informed consent, but her actions aligned with it. This is the future for healthcare and it is about time.

Sarah

It is a very fair and speedy service. My nurse practioner is a wonderful person, who listens and understands my issues. She has been nothing but kind and willing to help me. I would completely recommend Circle Medical to anyone who wants to be taken care of.

Sunia

As someone who has ADHD, simply setting up an account on the site was so easy. You can tell that this was made with neurodivergent people in mind. Things are just SIMPLE.

Ryan

The providers have been wonderful appointments are easy and always on time. The staff is quick and very responsive in chat.

Fernanda

Easy to schedule appointments, easy to use the app, got the care I needed quickly, friendly providers, quality care.

Olivia

It's so easy to make appointments, the messaging feature makes help SO accessible, and the quality of the providers are top notch. It's such a relief to be able to schedule an appointment the day I need it. I always feel so heard and so cared for.

Quinn

I feel like even though it’s virtual that my clinician connected with me. She is very knowledgeable and asks many questions to make sure the medicine I am taking is appropriate for me. I met another provider there when my chosen one wasn’t available and she made me feel the same way. I can trust both of these clinicians.

Shamar

Circle Medical works around my crazy life. My meetings are fast but thorough and professional, and it's very affordable.
